2. Client Responsibilities
By hiring CoTech Networks, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information needed to perform services
Ensure access to equipment, systems, or facilities as required
Use our services for lawful and authorized purposes only
3. Service Limitations
While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of any system or service. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers, outdated client hardware/software, or misuse of systems.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Late payments may be subject to additional fees
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee
6. Emergency Services Disclaimer:
Emergency services are offered outside normal hours on a case-by-case basis. A premium rate applies. While we aim to resolve issues promptly, CoTech Networks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (e.g., ISP outages, hardware failure). Clients agree to pay emergency service fees at the time of service.
7. Warranties & Liability
CoTech Networks provides services “as is” and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law
We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service provided
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and service materials, are the property of CoTech Networks and may not be used without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nassau or Suffolk County.
